The Kunal Groups journey began way back in 1989 when its founders Hemendra Shah, Ramesh Shah and Jitendra Mehta vowed to work together to give best value for money in the construction industry to a broad spectrum of customers.

Driven by high ideals and sound values, the Kunal Group has grown from strength to strength, creating one spectacular landmark after the other: Kunal Puram, Kunal Riverside, Kunal Market, Kunal Park, Kunal Garden, Suraksha Enclave (all residential complexes) and the path breaking Kunal Plaza commercial property on Pune-Mumbai highway.

The group then dreamed to create an ambitious mega-township project, Kunal Icon, at Pimple Saudagar.

All these projects have been executed on time, to highest specifications, delivering to hundreds of customers' fulfillment beyond promises.

The Group continued and completed projects in Shivajinagar, Balewadi, Chinchwad & other areas. Each Kunal Group Project is a benchmark of design and construction excellence. Till today, the group has completed construction of 25 lacs sq. fts area. Construction work of 15 lacs sq.fts is under progress. Some of the projects under execution are Regulus, Kunal Crimson, Venezia, Euphoria. Work of 20 Lac Sq ft is in the pipeline,all new projects are premium locations across the spread of Pune.
